The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and great amenities like multiple bathrooms and kitchens. The view was fantastic and the hotel was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with prompt service. The free WiFi was also a bonus.
The hotel was located a bit remotely, making it necessary to have a car for transportation. The check-in time was also quite late at 4pm.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Hank, was incredibly helpful and had excellent English skills. The rooms had high ceilings and a pleasant smell from the natural timbers. The kitchen was well-equipped, although a microwave was missing. The location was convenient as it was close to attractions like the bear museum, butterfly museum, and Dinosaur park. Additionally, there was an adorable and friendly dog that we could interact with.
Could not be improved in any way.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was amazing. the first thing we appreciated was the friendly staff who spoke excellent English, which made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. the high ceilings in the rooms gave a great sense of space and fresh air, combined with the natural timber aroma that was always present. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was only a short distance from nearby attractions such as the bear museum, butterfly museum, and Dinosaur park. Finally, we really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking a meal an easy task.
The hotel asked us to sort our rubbish, which we understood, but there was only one bin available. the lack of hand towels was also a shame.

The accommodations at this village are perfect for big groups, with spacious rooms that include comfortable beds, multiple bathrooms, and well-equipped kitchens. the staff is friendly and accommodating, with excellent English skills. the location is quiet and offers a great view, providing a tranquil and relaxing experience. the surrounding attractions, such as the bear museum, butterfly museum, and Dinosaur park, are conveniently located nearby.
The hotel's policy of sorting rubbish is commendable, but the lack of sufficient bins makes it difficult to comply efficiently.
